General safety concerns may include : E Stressed , unskilled groundworker potentially making the situation worse .

Ropes under load , possibly associated with the accident or entangled with the climber or with a suspended load .
G Limbs suspended at heights . Never work under partially cut , suspended , or hanging branches . LOOK UP and STAY ALIVE .
H Electrical hazards , possibly associated with the accident or in contact with tree .
I Workers suspended at heights ( well secured or poorly ). Tools ( including running chainsaws ) attached or detached at height .

Compromised tree structure , including both defects that were present when the work was commenced , and additional damage caused during tree work before the accident .
K Active insect swarms or nests .
Dynamic risk assessment process
Emergencies are very dynamic . It is critical that the incident controller does an appropriate size up to ensure that the site is managed effectively to minimise the risks to all on site .
