Seizures May be caused by stroke , poisoning , head injury or other medical condition .
May include convulsions .
Heat stroke Body temperature above 40 °.
Noisy , erratic breathing . May be shallow and rapid .
Flushed red , hot , dry skin .
Partial or complete unconsciousness .
Fast , erratic pulse .
Prevent further injury . Call Ambulance Service .
Rescue to ground as soon as possible .
Place in recovery position to manage airway .
Conduct secondary survey and perform required first aid .

Remove tight clothing and harness .
Give small drinks of cool water and apply wrapped ice packs to groin , neck and armpits .
Be prepared for unconsciousness and possible resuscitation .
